All Isola leaders, managers and employees are accountable for adherence to this Environmental, Health and Safety Policy. All leaders and managers are responsible for deploying environment, health and safety programs to meet company policy and government regulatory requirements. Managers are expected to utilize an Environmental, Health and Safety Management System as a framework to continuously improve the EHS processes. Compliance with this policy is an integral part of all business leaders, managers and employees ongoing performance evaluationsEstablish processes to assure laws and regulations applicable to our products and operations are understood and complied with.Integrate environmental, health and safety practices into business processes.Protect employees, the public, and the environment by implementing and sustaining practices for workplace safety, property loss prevention, occupational health, product safety communications, and environmental excellence. Incorporate design for the environment in new product developments and existing product modifications. Incorporate design for the employee in new equipment and/or facility designs and modifications.Maintain the integrity of our EHS processes through a formalized Assurance Review process that includes compliance evaluations with applicable internal Isola EHS requirements and applicable governmental EHS regulatory requirements.Implement an effective system to communicate environmental, health and safety information to the appropriate parties, including employees, management, customers, suppliers, government agencies and the public;Deploy outstanding environmental, health and safety professionals and provide the appropriate EHS knowledge required for each employee to successfully perform their function.Your local site EHS will provide specific training on the EHS Policy and Process.
